With the compact A21 dimensions (φ78mm, H142mm), the luminous flux reaches an impressive 10,000 lumens. According to a scientific and technological novelty search report by the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, no LED bulbs of A21 size with a luminous flux exceeding 4,000 lumens have been found globally. However, SANSI's ultra-bright ceramic bulb series already covers a full matrix product line, including models below 4,000 lumens, as well as 4,000lm, 5,000lm, 6,000lm, 7,500lm, 9,000lm, and 10,000lm options, filling a significant gap in the global bulb market.
SANSI's ultra-bright ceramic bulb high-end light source adopts a globally unique COC ceramic cooling technology. The ceramic cooling material is developed based on SANSI's proprietary formula and fired in its self-built kilns. By directly welding the LED chips onto the ceramic cooling body, multiple intermediate layers are eliminated compared to traditional light sources, resulting in superior heat dissipation, reliability, and safety. This technology also enables the formation of various cooling body shapes, such as planar, conical, and three-dimensional structures. Through chip layer stacking technology, SANSI has overcome key bottlenecks in light source design, achieving ultra-high brightness within a compact cavity.
