Through a diverse portfolio of display terminals and innovative interactive technologies, the project establishes a new visual benchmark for digital transformation in the shipbuilding industry.

01 | A Multi-Display Ecosystem for an Immersive Digital Experience

At the entrance to the Digital-Intelligence Center, a custom P1.8 high-refresh-rate LED welcome screen by SANSI creates a premium, technology-driven first impression with its high brightness and high refresh rate.

The reception hall serves as the centerpiece of the immersive visual experience.

Four 2.56 m × 2.88 m curved naked-eye-3D LED screens create a striking visual environment. Featuring advanced COB packaging technology and an integrated cabinet design, the system is powered by a high-precision servo drive mechanism that enables the two central screens to open and close dynamically.

Complementing the ship-shaped ceiling display is a P1.8LED screen, along with an IP67-ratedfloor LED screen featuring a specially treated anti-slip surface. Designed to safely support interactive experiences with multiple visitors, the floor display allows guests to walk onand engage with the content while ensuring a secure viewing environment. Together, the displays create an immersive sea-and-sky-in-one experience, offering visitors a vivid sense of the scale and industrial grandeur of marine engineering.

For core data visualization and business interaction, SANSI adopted a highly refined display configuration.

The digital platform display and ship delivery display in the exhibition area are both equipped with P1.2 fine-pixel LED screens featuring flip-chip integrated three-in-one COB packaging.

Leveraging high-precision flip-chip packaging technology, the displays deliver high grayscale performance and exceptional image clarity.

They can clearly present massive datasets from the digital ship delivery system, as well as 3D simulation scenarios, providing professional visual support for business discussions, operational demonstrations, and maritime simulation exercises.

The project also integrates a wide range of display terminals, including a 98-inch transparent tiled display, 55-inch transparent OLED display, porthole-style screens, and intelligent touch displays.

Among them, the spherical Earth display and shipyard porthole-style screens are non-standard custom products specifically designed around shipbuilding elements.

From product development and customization to installation and commissioning, SANSI completed the entire process independently. This comprehensive display ecosystem provides all-around visual coverage, from large-scale environmental presentations to detailed, close-up content.

Enhanced Interactive Experience

Exhibition areas for brand presentation and information inquiry are equipped with infrared touch technology and 20-point multi-touch functionality, providing responsive interaction and a writing experience as smooth and natural as pen on paper.

By transforming traditional one-way content presentation into an interactive, two-way experience, the system encourages visitors to actively explore information while enhancing engagement and overall exhibition appeal.

Green and Energy-Efficient Operation

All core LED display systems feature low-brightness, high-grayscale technology and have obtained China Energy Conservation Product Certification.

An intelligent PLC power distribution control system, combined with SANSI’s self-developed video processors, provides dual redundancy for both signal and power, helping ensure stable 24/7 operation and uninterrupted, smooth visual performance.

These technologies effectively reduce overall exhibition hall energy consumption, aligning closely with COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry’s positioning as a green factory and its commitment to low-carbon development.
