The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, a super-engineering project that lasted nearly nine years, was officially opened under the attention of global eyes on 23rd, Oct, 2018. The 55-km-length cross-sea bridge was created as the world's biggest bridge and the finally unveiled its mystery. The LED street lights, LED tunnel lights, LED landscape lights and LED variable message signs of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge are tailor-made by SANSI, a total of nearly 30,000 sets.

In order to meet the requirements of the bridge's extreme conditions, a number of unique and innovative technologies have been applied to the bridge's LED lighting products, including ceramic cooling technology and reflective lighting technology.

The near-end convection removes heat accumulation and makes heat disdivibution more uniform so that it can eliminate heat island effects.
The thick film sintering technology is adopted, and the conductive circuit is directly sintered on the ceramic, which greatly reduces the thermal resistance.
The LED is directly welded to the ceramic without the subsdivate, which greatly improves the seismic performance.
Without using thermal grease which improves the reliability of heat dissipation.
Excellent ceramic insulation performance, significantly improving product safety.
Excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
