How the LED Display Industry Responds to Energy-saving Policies

In the global warming environment, energy saving and emission reduction have become a common topic. Known for "energy saving and environmental protection", the mainstream LED fine-pitch displays make full use of energy-saving technology. Compared with traditional panels, they have lower power consumption, lower heat generation, longer service lifespan and reliability.

The energy-saving advantages of LED products are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

·Reasonable selection of materials to maintain the low constant voltage:

1.Use high-brightness & low VF value LED luminotron.

2.Use the power supply with a high-efficiency(no less than 83%). Flexibly modulate the output voltage of the power supply in order to meet the requirements of the LED VF.

3.Adapt driver IC with low power consumption and low Vds (output terminal voltage).

4.Use PFPC dynamic power control technology to realize the overall energy saving and low consumption work of the display.

·Self-brightness adjustment:

The LED display can adapt to various environment, the brightness can be adjusted automatically to achieve the most suitable brightness for the surroundings.

·Low power operation:

Under the premise of ensuring normal use, long-term operation with a low power consumption(about 50%) can increase the service lifespan of the products. It could not only extend the life of the components and significantly improve the reliability of operation, but also reduce the energy consumption of power-consuming components.

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and energy-saving, more and more enterprises are also aware of the importance of reducing energy consumption of the products they made. The Sansi fine-pitch LED products have passed GB/T24001-2016 (ISO14001:2015) environmental management system certification, providing users with energy-saving and quality assurance.
